REQUIREMENTS
RF cues require a compatible RTL-SDR. Digital cues use an audio input or interface on the Mac. CueRemote does not receive those sources directly.
LOCAL NETWORK
Keep CueForAll and CueRemote open on the same network, and allow Local Network access when the system asks.
Select a cue, confirm that the Mac is receiving the correct source and start with the headphone volume low. For digital cues, check the interface and channel on the Mac. For RF cues, check the RTL-SDR, frequency and signal indicators.
Start with the profile Balanced. If you hear dropouts, try Stable, move closer to the access point or reduce network traffic. The advanced controls let you increase the buffer first, then the packet size. A clean network usually matters more than aiming for the lowest possible latency.
Free mode allows 1 RF cue and 1 digital cue. Full removes those limits. The purchase or restoration is shared across Mac, iPhone and iPad when they use the same Apple Account for media and purchases.
Check the Apple Account used in the App Store and your Internet access, open Store within CueForAll and choose restore purchases. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple.
Only monitor transmissions you are authorized to receive. RTL-SDR hardware and audio interfaces are separate products and are sold separately.
